Joyce and I wanted to take a few minutes to let you and the entire Dalling team know how happy we are here at Riverbend Estates. As you know we are approaching our second year living here in this new active adult community. We both love our home which was built with our own floor plan design. It was a pleasure working with Gerry Glover your project manager, his patience and knowledge made our home’s outcome very special.
The community which is still developing has attracted 6 wonderful families so far, and we have all gotten to know each other even better as a result of the wine and cheese social gatherings sponsored by the Riverbend Estate sales team. We are all looking forward to meeting some of the new prospective buyers who have shown a serious interest in our community very soon at future gatherings.
The main reason we bought into an adult community is to be free of yard work and snow removal. The services we receive are far beyond what we expected, and the low common fee we pay is a bonus to our budget. The maintenance free living you advertise is very real here at Riverbend.
Another bonus to our budgets has been the low utility bills. The homes are built so well with all the energy saving related products that the house holds the cool air in the summer and the heat during these very cold winters.
The residents were asked by our developer Dick Dalling what we would like to see here at Riverbend for the Community. We thought a Gazebo would be nice for the residents to use. Not only did he agree, he purchased an oversized Gazebo built to blend in with the homes and also had it screened in. We now have a great place to gather with neighbors or family, and the huge picnic table provided also makes entertaining outdoors a pleasure. The entire Dalling family has been fantastic to work with and we have all become friends.
It is a pleasure living here surrounded by beautiful homes and a private setting with natural treed borders and beautiful mountain views with miles of walking trails. Thank you all for making Riverbend a truly wonderful place to retire and enjoy life

From the moment we entered RiverBend Estates and the model homes, we knew that we had found a “special place”. Our friendly and caring neighbors here have made us feel very welcomed and comfortable right from the beginning.
