Dick Dalling and Skip Dalling
Developers of Riverbend Estates
Dick and Skip own and operate a family business that is now in it’s
fourth generation. It was started by their father, Harry Dalling, as
a trucking company in 1933. Presently, Skip oversees the trucking
aspect of the business.
In 1965, Dick established Dalling Construction Company, Inc., which
he now runs with his son, Rich. Dalling Construction is one of the
leading site developers in the area. Some of the projects they have
worked on are:

About the Project Manager
Gerry Glover
Gerry is a Valley native and his family has been building quality
homes since 1927. Continuing in the family tradition he became self
employed in 1973 and has built and remodeled homes, and worked on
commercial properties. Gerry prides himself on giving the people
more than what they expect. Gerry was the recipient of the
Contractor of the Year Award (Twice) from The Remodeling Contractors
Association.
Gerry Comments… “My job is my life, not my career” and is a firm
believer that “the greatest compliment to your work is when the
customer calls you back to do another job.”
Our Philosophy The philosophy of both
the Developer and the Project Manager is that they are committed to
building homes of the highest quality, with great designs, as well
as delivering them with the highest levels of integrity and honest
business practices.
